Coffee
FROM COLOMBIA

Colombian coffee raises the standard of being the best coffee in the world. Many repeat it endlessly and echo its fame, without really appreciating why.
The importance of its climate and geographical location in the condition of the Arabica seed, the organization of its producers and its coffee culture must be valued. To delight yourself even more with the nuances and flavors that a special coffee offers to the world.
By the year 1835, coffee producers spread throughout the regions of Cundinamarca, Antioquia and Caldas, and carried out the first commercial action by exporting 2,560 bags from the Cúcuta customs office.

Why is Colombian coffee so famous?
We could then think that the fame of Colombian Coffee is motivated by its quality. The truth is that coffee of Colombian origin is highly appreciated in the rest of the world. It has 4 national denominations of origin (Cauca, Santander, Huila and Antioquia) and since 2005 also with a denomination of origin granted by the European Union.
The variety: they grow only Arabica coffee, the most appreciated for its flavor and aroma. Geographical conditions: its tropical climate and high mountains are ideal for growing coffee. The processes: while Brazil is committed to automated harvesting, in Colombia manual harvesting predominates, which improves the quality of the grain.
